Delicious and ready to drink with vibrant zinfandel-like notes of raspberry, strawberry and boysenberry, along with bolder notes of plum, raisin, and fig paste. Cumin, clove, glazed ham, vanilla and bitter almond notes form a nice framework for the juicy, accessible fruit. Tannins are firm but not aggressive, and soften easily with aeration and/or bacon.
