MONTEREY COUNTY, CA, April 15, 2021–Scheid Family Wines is pleased to announce a special Earth Day event, to be held on Thursday, April 22nd at their certified sustainable, state-of-the-art winery in Greenfield, California. Guests will be joined by three members of Scheid’s vineyard team for a “Vineyard Walk & Talk” where they can learn more about Scheid Family Wines’ sustainability practices in their certified sustainable vineyards and the company’s commitment to preserving the environment. After the walk, guests will enjoy a locally sourced picnic accompanied by wines from the namesake Scheid Vineyards brand. 100% of proceeds from the event will be donated to Restaurants Care, a relief fund for California food and beverage workers facing hardships. Guests are asked to comply with local social distancing guidelines and wear face coverings on the walk.
